All AMRA Collective products are carefully prepared and inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and authenticity.
Because many of our products are ethically and internationally sourced, please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and quality control procedures.
Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays unless otherwise specified in the delivery terms of your courier of choice.
Standard Shipping Time (United States)
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 7–12 business days total (including processing time) to be delivered, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Estimated timelines are provided to ensure transparency. Orders often ship sooner, but extended estimates allow us to maintain quality and consistency.
Shipping Rates (United States)
AMRA Collective offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more.
For orders under $150, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.
Expedited Shipping (United States)
AMRA Collective offers expedited shipping options for customers who require faster delivery after order processing is complete.
Important Processing Notice
Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time. Because many of our products are ethically and internationally sourced, all orders must complete our standard processing and quality inspection period of 5-7 business days before shipment—regardless of the shipping method selected.
Expedited Transit Time
Once dispatched, expedited domestic shipping typically delivers within 1–3 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are unfortunately outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, shipping delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. AMRA Collective
is not liable for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you are in
need of an amendment to your shipping address, please contact us by email at
support@amracollective.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Lost or Stolen Packages
AMRA Collective is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend adding optional shipping insurance upon checkout or selecting secure delivery locations and monitoring
tracking closely.
